Attending St. Mary's College of California, Avery found classes like anthropology, aeronautical mapping, and the Great Books rich in detail which he loves to examine closely. Graduating with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics, Avery went on to graduate from McGeorge School of Law and spent six years practicing as a civil litigator in both state and federal courts. While gaining experience in writing, legal analysis, and artful negotiation found in his legal practice, Avery experienced the legal field change from dusty old law books to web-based searches and e-filings - the emergence of the digital age in the legal arena.
Drawn in to the digital world, Avery transitioned his focus to Viaspire, bringing a unique perspective to addressing business challenges, advising on opportunities, and creating compelling offerings for our clients. Avery is a highly specialized asset to Viaspire's professional consultation. Sharing his experience and subject-matter expertise in business and legal constructs, his input in the creative process of Internet strategy, user experience design, and marketing and communications brings a highly balanced view to what is reasonable, feasible and optimal for our client needs... and their customers.
Avery leads the company’s emerging technologies, development, and analytic resources to create and measure innovative solutions for our clients.
