Having an insatiable thirst for monitoring industry trends,
identifying best practices, and closely eyeing emerging
communication and technology advancements, Heather applies this knowledge to create new and improved experience models online. Her favorite challenge: applying new thinking to "old" problems.

Heather has also served as an instructor for Sacramento State University's Regional Continuing Education (RCE) E-Business Program for Systems Integration and E-Business Planning.
